Developing Effective Learning and Development Practitioners

This qualification prepares learners with the essential skills and knowledge to become proficient Learning and Development (L&D) Practitioners. L&D Practitioners play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering targeted learning interventions that address specific occupational needs. Qualified individuals will be able to:

• • Coordinate Learning: Effectively manage and organize learning activities within an occupational context.
  • Identify Learning Needs: Assess and define the learning and development requirements of individuals and teams.
  • Design and Implement Interventions: Create and deliver occupationally relevant learning programs that meet identified needs.
  • Facilitate Learning: Conduct engaging and effective learning sessions in various occupational settings. Evaluate Impact: Measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and assess their impact on individual and organizational performance.
