• Manage resources according to good governance policies and procedures to facilitate the smooth and effective operational activities within the organization.

• Manage, coordinate and assist in the administration and clerical support of specific departments to facilitate the smooth running thereof by using computerized systems and practices.

• Assist in selection process, induction, employee wellness and skills development of employees.

• Process given data to complete a Workplace Skills Plan.

• Assist in the administrative function of the marketing, public relations and advocacy of the organization.

• Communicate effectively using appropriate methods to maintain effective customer relationships according to organizational standards customer service of internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan, administer and provide support services to a special project within an organization

The learners will be required to compile a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) that has both Formative and Summative assignments. Learners are expected to complete and submit a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) to meet the specifications of the qualification and to demonstrate understanding in practical activities. The PoE evidence will be assessed by a registered constituent Assessor and moderated by a registered constituent Moderator and the external moderation will be conducted by the SETA during their verification for learner endorsement. The Certificate of Competence and Statement of Results will be issued by the SETA.

Learning material, stationery, and learning supporting aids will be provided at the campus. Learner will receive electronic versions of the learning guides for this programme.
